Address Accuracy

Make sure you get your autograph! If the address is not entered correctly, your photo may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new request. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors. Remember these tips:

Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your mailing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our system cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields will cancel your request.
If all else fails, you may send your request in writing to Jackie Collins, P.O. Box 46609, Los Angeles, CA 90046
